Delivery and Shipping
Delivery time
On our website, we state the delivery time for each product. Products that are in stock are shipped as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. In the Netherlands, you can usually expect your order the next business day. For other European countries, a longer delivery time of 3-5 business days applies. Products that are currently out of stock have a delivery time of 4-6 weeks.
Shipping
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders over €75 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
Status of your order
Orders in the Netherlands are mainly shipped via TransMission. Orders for other European countries are mainly shipped via DHL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link with a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow the status of your order.
Changing or canceling
If your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to change or cancel it. Please contact our customer service:

You can expect a response within 2 business days.
Not home
If you are not home at the time of delivery, you must schedule a new delivery appointment within 5 days. You will receive a notification in your mailbox if you are not home.
Orders outside the EU
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply, depending on local legislation in the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict their exact amount in advance, as they vary by country. Customs duties and import taxes must be paid directly to the delivery service or customs office upon receipt of the order.

Returns
Returns
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as when received and in their original packaging.
Once we have received your return, we will credit the amount within 14 days in the same way as the original payment. Return costs are €2.99 per order, with the exception of manufacturing defects and transport damage.
Registering a Return

or request return instructions via service@spinderdesign.com.
Via the return portal, you will find the return instructions and receive your return label.
Reporting Damage
We pack our products with great care, but unfortunately, something can go wrong during transport. If your product arrived damaged, we kindly ask you to report it within 48 hours, including a photo. You can easily return it via our Return portal or send an email with a photo of the damage and your order number to service@spinderdesign.com.
My package is too large to return myself
If your package is too large to return yourself, you can indicate this by sending an email to service@spinderdesign.com. We will then contact you by email to arrange an appointment for collecting the package from your home.
